There is lots of advice out there for how to prepare for an interview. Kerry Sandberg Scott summed it all up in 3 basic tips:
- Do research ahead of time: Learn about the company and any news that company has been involved in.
- Prepare stories: Rehearse what you want to tell the interviewer. Talk about results you had in prior companies and how your skills brought about positive changes.
- Get Questions ready: When the employer asks ‘do you have any questions for me?” make sure you do. It shows interest and respect. Prepare some questions ahead of time.
